Most of our custom work involves modifications to our standard motor and gearmotor designs. It is common to manufacture a custom mounting flange on the output of a standard gearmotor or to offer the junction box on our motors in an alternate position. Because of the weight of our motor/geamotor assemblies, it is also common for lifting eyes to be installed.  All of these options are available on any of our standard motors and gearmotors; of course, we are always willing to design and manufacture a custom solution for your unique application.

Extended shafts, custom shafts, special endbells, altered junction boxes, and custom mounting feet are just a few custom modifications we routinely execute. Since 99% of our product is manufactured in-house, additional fabricating or machining operations are readily accomplished.

Custom control elements are also available upon request. Thermisters, multiple temperature thermostats, and integral tachometers are just a few common electrical modifications.

Provide us with a print and we will fabricate your part out of your choice of stainless steel alloys. These custom seal housings are manufactured from customer-supplied drawings by our experienced staff of machinists, welders and finishers. All operations, from water-jet cutting of stainless plate, welding, stress relieving and precision machining is done in-house.  Need design suggestions?
