	Most of our custom work involves modifications to our standard motor and gearmotor designs. It is common to manufacture a custom mounting flange on the output of a standard gearmotor or to offer the junction box on our motors in an alternate position. Because of the weight of our motor/geamotor assemblies, it is also common for lifting eyes to be installed. All of these options are available on any of our standard motors and gearmotors; of course, we are always willing to design and manufacture a custom solution for your unique application.
Extended shafts, custom shafts, special endbells, altered junction boxes, and custom mounting feet are just a few custom modifications we routinely execute. Since 99% of our product is manufactured in-house, additional fabricating or machining operations are readily accomplished. Custom control elements are also available upon request. Thermisters, multiple temperature thermostats, and integral tachometers are just a few common electrical modifications.
	Provide us with a print and we will fabricate your part out of your choice of stainless steel alloys. These custom seal housings are manufactured from customer-supplied drawings by our experienced staff of machinists, welders and finishers. All operations, from water-jet cutting of stainless plate, welding, stress relieving and precision machining is done in-house. Need design suggestions? Our engineering staff is well equipped and willing to assist with any design elements necessary. We may also suggest ways to more efficiently manufacture your custom products, saving both time and money.
