The Marine line of stainless motors represents the finest, most carefully crafted washdown duty, inverter rated motors available. The Marine series motors are optimized for the rigorous salt water environments found aboard ships and yachts. Developed from our Pharmaceutical Series motors, these motors provide the ultimate in reliability and appearance whether mounted on a salt water sprayed deck or within the hot confines of an engine room or bilge. Single phase models feature high efficiency capacitor start, capacitor run design and an electronic starting switch – eliminating the failure prone mechanical switch used on general purpose industrial motors. Common shipboard applications for these motors are driving air conditioning reticulation pumps, fuel and oil transfer pumps, high and low pressure water maker pumps and macerator pumps.

• Double lip Nitrile shaft seals for maximum protection against the ingress of water at the shaft.

• Heat-treated 17-4 H1150 stainless shaft for exceptional strength and performance.
• #4 finish on motor housing with a mirror polished fan shroud presents exquisite appearance.
